Before Work Has Begun:
If you cancel a custom itinerary or consultation service before we have begun work on your project:
- A full refund may be issued if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of purchase.
- A 75% refund may be issued if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours but less than 7 days after purchase.
- A 50% refund may be issued if cancellation occurs more than 7 days after purchase but before work has begun.
After Work Has Begun:
Once we have begun work on your custom itinerary or consultation:
- A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
- No refund will be issued if the service has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the completed custom service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer revisions to the delivered materials. Refunds for completed custom services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
